After purchasing a subscription, you will receive your Xtream account credentials (or portal URL for TVIP Box and MAG Box) via email.

You will always receive a reminder via email before your subscription expires, giving you the option to renew.

You can use the subscription on multiple devices but not simultaneously.

The subscription is limited to one device at a time. If multiple simultaneous connections are detected, our system will automatically block the subscription.​

No refunds will be issued if your subscription is banned due to simultaneous connections.
