After purchasing a subscription, you'll receive Xtream credentials and an M3U link for any device, except for TVIP Box or MAG Box - for these two devices, you will have your MAC address activated and be provided a portal URL.

You will always receive a reminder via email before your subscription expires, giving you the option to renew.

You can use the subscription on multiple devices (not simultaneously) only if you use Xtream credentials or an M3U link - if you have a MAC address activated (for TVIP Box or MAG Box), the Xtream credentials and M3U link cannot be generated, and the subscription will be limited to one device only.

The subscription is limited to one device at a time. If multiple connections are detected, our system will automatically ban the subscription. If you'd like to buy a subscription to use it on multiple devices simultaneously, please contact us from here.

No refunds will be issued if your subscription is banned due to simultaneous connections.
